This package is focused on ensuring your birth preferences are honored, your voice is heard, and you have a steady, trauma-informed presence until you are settled immediately following delivery.

This sustained partnership establishes deep preparation through educational workshops (Childbirth Education, Postpartum Planning, and Feeding), provides continuous support during labor, and includes extensive customized postpartum care.
We are with you every step of the way, from preparation through the completion of your birth experience, ensuring your mental health, healing, and transition into parenthood are fully supported.

Postpartum Doula Care

The early days after birth can be both beautiful and overwhelming.
As your postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, hands-on help so you can rest, recover, and focus on bonding with your baby.
My care includes newborn care guidance, chest/breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support, and gentle reassurance during those emotional early days. I can help with light household tasks, meal preparation, running errands with you, getting to those first appointments after birth, and ensuring you have the resources you need.
My goal is to help you feel confident in your parenting journey and to make this transition as smooth and joyful as possible.

Childbirth & 4th Trimester Education
Empowering you with knowledge and tools for a positive birth and postpartum experience.
Proactive preparation is the key to feeling confident and in control during labor and birth - and each day thereafter. My psychoeducation sessions are designed to give you and your partner the knowledge, skills, physical, and emotional readiness for the unique life-changing experiences of each pregnancy.
Together, we’ll create personalized birth and postpartum plans, explore comfort techniques for each period of transition, and practice strategies for ongoing partner involvement and support.
These sessions are interactive, tailored to your needs, and leave you feeling prepared for both expected and unexpected moments.

Virtual Doula Support
Flexible, accessible doula care wherever you are in the world.
Whether distance, travel restrictions, or personal preference keep us apart, you can still receive full doula support virtually. I offer video consultations, birth preparation resources, and ongoing text or email support to ensure you never feel alone on your journey.
This is ideal for families who want professional guidance without in-person visits, or for those needing additional support between their regularly scheduled doctor's appointments.
With virtual care, you’ll still receive the same compassionate, personalized attention — just from the comfort of your own home, office, home away from home, or even when you're on vacation.
