6:00–7:00 PM: Childbirth Education ($15 per family). One-hour classes that rotate weekly through healthy pregnancy, signs of labor, comfort measures, birth mapping, informed decision-making, breastfeeding, and the first weeks home. Each class stands on its own; come to one or all. No one is turned away for inability to pay.

7:00–8:00 PM: Ask-a-Doula (free). Bring any question about pregnancy, birth, feeding, or life with a new baby. Stay after class or join just for this hour.

Cameras optional. You never have to share your birth history.
